Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was born in Minsk. Sergey Her father (who died in 2019) was an ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka, born on May 5, 1998 from Minsk Belarus. Her professional career has seen her be the winner of 12 WTA singles titles, which includes the Grand Slam in the Australian Open of 2023. She is also an excellent doubles player. She's won two more Majors to this specialty including the US Open 2019 and the Australian Open 2021 won both by Elise Mertens. The year she was born, she won both the WTA 1000 and Miami Open in Indian Wells with her Belgian teammate, and completed her Sunshine Double. Four women's teams had achieved this achievement. On 23 August 2021 she was ranked second in the singles world ranking her best ranking reached again in January 2023. As a doubles player, she was able to propel herself up to first place at the beginning of February that year after the victory in Melbourne being the first tennis player born in Belarus to achieve success in this specialty. Dmitry Tursunov coached her between 2018 and 2019 and also a beginning of 2020. There was a brief collaboration with Dieter Kindlmann between August and September 2020. Antonio Dubrov has been her coach since the year 2020. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are among her greatest idols.
